Acca Tips: 8/1 Fourfold for Tuesday

Tuesday sees the final raft of games in the European section of the World Cup Qualifiers with some major positions still to be determined. Group G is still wide open and there are still some playoff spots to be secured in the other groups. We’ve analysed the fixture line up and picked a 4-timer that could be of interest. This is available with Unibet at a little over 8/1 at the time of posting.
Finland vs France - France 7/10 @ Unibet
Finland kept their playoff hopes alive by beating Kazakhstan and Bosnia and Herzegovina in their last two matches and now only need to match or beat Ukraine’s result in Zenica to secure second spot. However, that is no simple task against a rejuvenated French team in Helsinki. They’ll be hoping six-goal top scorer Teemu Pukki can find the net again here.
Les Bleus secured their spot at Qatar 2022 with a rampant 8-0 win over Kazakhstan on Saturday and may well rotate their side slightly here given they’ve already qualified. With that said, I still see them having too much quality for the Fins and 7/10 looks on the high side. At least one of top-scorer Antoine Griezmann or recent four-goal hero Kylian Mbappé should start.
Montenegro vs Turkey - Turkey 4/6 @ Unibet
Turkey arrive in Montenegro placed in second in Group G. They know that should Netherlands beat Norway at home as expected they will be taking the all important playoff spot. That said, they can’t afford to take that chance and will be looking to clinch the spot of their own volition. Montenegro are no mugs but Turkey should be too strong in Podgorica.
The Turks had an easy 6-0 win over minnows Gibraltar at the weekend and two-goal Halil Dervisoglu should join top scorer Burak Yilmaz to bolster the goal threat for the Crescent-Stars.
Montenegro striker Uros Djurdjevic is still looking to get off the mark in World Cup qualifying and lead goal scorer Stevan Jovetic is still unavailable due to Covid protocols.
I'm taking Turkey at 4/6 with Unibet.
Netherlands vs Norway - Netherlands 11/25 @ Unibet
As mentioned above Group G is wide open and the Dutch need at least a draw vs Norway on Tuesday. Mathematically a point will be enough for them to qualify given their far superior goal difference, but again, they won’t be wanting to leave anything to chance and will be looking to put right their slip up against Montenegro last time out. At 2-0 up they had already qualified but surrendered the lead to take the qualification down to the final day. In Memphis Depay they boast the leading scorer in World Cup qualifying with 11 goals in 9 appearances.
Norway need to get at least a point here and hope that Turkey slip up in Montenegro. However, realistically they’ll probably need a win and hope to turn over the Turks one-goal advantage. Alexander Sørloth will again lead the line due to the long running hip injury to Erling Haaland.
I’m backing the Netherlands to secure qualification in style at 11/25.
Wales vs Belgium - Belgium 13/10 @ Unibet
Wales have already qualified for the playoffs due to their Nations League ranking but they will be looking to secure a home fixture if they avoid defeat in Cardiff and finish in second spot in Group E.
Only a loss here and a win for the Czech Republic would see them finish third in the group and head into the playoffs as an unseeded side. Kieffer Moore will return to the side after suspension and should lead the line in place of Gareth Bale, who Robert Page has confirmed will start from the bench.
Belgium are already set for Qatar and could make changes here, possibly with Thorgan Hazard replacing his brother in the starting line up after scoring v Estonia at the weekend. Dries Mertens is also expected to start and Christian Benteke will again start in the no 9 role with Romelu Lukaku injured.
Belgium should still have enough quality to beat the Welsh here at 13/10.
We’ll have a full preview for Wales v Belgium on site shortly from Joshua Jones with specific tips for the game.
Good luck to anyone following this bet, and please remember to gamble responsibly.
