Premier League Sack Race 2025/26 Odds: Graham Potter red hot favourite

Graham Potter is the red-hot favourite to become the second casualty of the 2025/26 Premier League Sack Race following West Ham's wretched start to the season.
Nuno Espirito Santo was the first victim of this season's Sack Race after he was axed during September's international break, with former Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou coming in as his replacement.
Now, attention has swiftly moved over to Potter, who is fearing for his future at the London Stadium.

We've run through the top contenders to be the second exit of the season, according to the latest odds - see the full market in the odds table above.
Graham Potter (West Ham): 1/5
Graham Potter has come under immense pressure at 19th-placed West Ham following a rotten run of four defeats in five games at the start of the season, during which his side have leaked in 13 goals.
It's fair to say that Potter hasn’t yet made the impact many hoped for. His predecessor, Julen Lopetegui, lasted just 22 games - the shortest managerial reign in the club’s history - and Potter’s own 18-month contract suggests the board are keeping expectations measured.
If Potter's project is to gain long-term traction, he will need to give fans something to believe in, such as a clear identity, tangible progress, and results that spark real excitement - none of which have been evident so far.
There are now reports that West Ham are eyeing up potential replacements with Nuno Santo currently the favourite in the next West Ham manager odds.
Ruben Amorim (Man Utd): 8/1
Ruben Amorim has drifted from 9/4 to 8/1 after Man United claimed a much-needed 2-1 victory in an ill-tempered clash against Chelsea.
Initially touted as the man to revitalise the club, Amorim's debut 2024/25 campaign fell far short of expectations - managing just seven wins from 27 Premier League matches, with 14 defeats, as United slumped to 15th, their worst finish since 1974/75.
After becoming the first Premier League side to sack a manager last season, parting ways with Erik ten Hag in October, United may not hesitate to make another swift change should Amorim fail to nail down any consistency in the upcoming weeks.
Vitor Pereira (Wolves): 12/1
On one hand, Wolves are rock-bottom of the Premier League table and the only club yet to pick up a point after five games.
Yet, their boss, Vitor Pereira, has just been handed a brand new contract through to the end of the 2028 season, so he appears to be going nowhere anytime soon.
Still, the club will want to see an improvement quickly before Wolves are cut adrift at the bottom.
Unai Emery (Aston Villa): 25/1
Unai Emery's odds have shortened from 25/1 to just 12/1 with Sky Bet.
After narrowly missing out on a top-five finish last season, Villa fans were expecting a strong start, especially considering their favourable run of fixtures. However, the reality has been far from ideal: Villa have failed to win any of their opening five matches and have managed to score just one goal.
Saturday’s draw against Sunderland - who played over an hour with 10 men - was particularly concerning.
Scott Parker (Burnley): 33/1
Scott Parker, a 33/1 outsider, was the unfortunate 'winner' of the Premier League Sack Race in 2022/23, when he was shown the door by Bournemouth after a humiliating 9-0 defeat at Anfield.
A brief and unsuccessful stint at Club Brugge followed, but Parker has since rebuilt his reputation at Burnley, leading them to a third Premier League promotion of his managerial career.
Burnley have had a respectable start with four points on the board from five games, and came agonisingly close to taking points off Liverpool and Man United.
