Betting Stories: Punter pockets £8,157 from remarkably random #OddsOnThat double

Unorthodox bets that come in and win punters lots of cash are our favourites here at BettingOdds.com, partially because we are constantly left bewildered at what on earth was going through the bettors' mind when they placed it. 

Forget your traditional accumulator, BTTS or over 2.5 wager; not interested. Instead, I'm going to completely throw the rulebook out the window and combine a 250/1 Bet Builder with a shots on target special on two completely separate games. Righto. 

First off, this anonymous Betfair customer - who is now a lot richer - backed Celtic to score 2+ goals and take 3+ corners in each half of their game against Dundee, alongside the hosts to receive 2+ cards in each half at a whopping 250/1!  

Not content with landing that, they doubled the bet up with Leeds United's Rodrigo to have 1+ shot on target in each half at 11/2, for reasons unknown to us completely. The Spaniard obliged, though, which saw the 1,630/1 shot land. Remarkable.

Both bets were selected from Betfair's #OddsOnThat list of specials, so we can only assume that a totally random browse culminated in them throwing caution to the wind in the hope of winning big - it's fair to say it paid dividends.
