US Open Odds & Betting Picks

The US Open is the third of four of the yearly Golf Majors. It is held at various courses across the United States since the inaugural championships held at the Newport Country Club in Rhode Island.

The latest odds will be listed below when available…

When and Where is the 2023 US Open event being held?

The 122nd US Open will take place at The Country Club in Brookline, Mass, starting on June 15 through to June 18. This will be the fourth time the course has hosted the event, but the first since 1988 when it was won by English legend Nick Faldo.

Who holds the record for the biggest win and lowest score?

Tiger Woods won the 2000 event by a staggering 15 strokes. South African Ernie Els and Miguel Angel Jimenez were joint second that year. Neither player broke par for the tournament ending up three-over. Tiger was 12-under. Just a phenomenal performance.

However, Rory McIlroy holds the record for the lowest score. Winning at Congressional in 2011 with a score of 16-under par.

Who has won the US Open the most?

Three Americans and One Scot have tasted the sweet success on four occasions.

Bobby Jones won as an amateur four times between 1923 and 1930. It was Willie Anderson who was the star of the early 1900s lifting aloft the trophy four times in five years between 1901 and 1905.

In the modern era, Ben Hogan had a strong run after World War II winning in 1948, 1950, 1951, and 1953. It should come as no surprise that the fourth member of the four-win club is Jack Nicklaus.

Hale Irwin and Tiger Woods have also won three times.

Who won the 2022 US Open?

England's Matt Fitzpatrick powered his way to victory in 2022, going six under par, one ahead of T2 Louis Scottie Scheffler and Will Zalatoris to take home the $3.15m prize money.
