Formula 1 Odds & Betting Picks
Formula 1 is widely seen as the premier single-seater competition in motorsports. The 'traveling circus' of the sport criss-crosses the Globe with races in every continent bar Africa currently - although races have been held there in the past.
The opening race of the year is traditionally held in Australia but the 2020 and 2021 seasons witnessed a different starting point due to Covid-19 restrictions.
The season so far looks to be open following the 2021/22 two-horse season between Belgian/Dutch driver Max Verstappen for Red Bull and the United Kingdom's Lewis Hamilton for Mercedes.

What happened in the 2020 Formula 1 season?
Like a variety of sporting events, the 2020 F1 season was altered dramatically due to Coronavirus. The opening event was canceled just days before the opening Grand Prix in Australia. In July, racing returned with the Austrian Grand Prix and 17 races took place before the season-ending race in Abu Dhabi.
Lewis Hamilton won his seventh World Championship. The British driver has the heavy favorite going into the season and crossed the line first on 11 occasions. He did not compete at the Sakhir GP in Bahrain due to testing positive for Covid-19. He drove for the Mercedes team, who once more lifted the Constructors Championship.
