Last week, Justin Fields was a big favorite to be the next quarterback of the Falcons.

Now it’s Kirk Cousins.

Various high-profile media members have started to prop up Cousins as the likely signal-caller for Atlanta in 2024, and that momentum has been reflected in his next team odds.

Kirk Cousins is now the odds-on favorite to join the Falcons in free agency at -225 odds, according to DraftKings on March 5th.

His current team, the Minnesota Vikings, are in the mix but their odds have decreased to keep Cousins next season.

Cousins is coming off an Achilles injury, but it seems like he will still have a strong market as the most decorated veteran quarterback on the open market.

The Falcons’ interest in Fields has been debunked a bit lately, as ESPN’s Adam Schefter and others have said that the market for the Bears’ quarterback may not be as strong as thought.

The Vikings have reportedly been sniffing around rookie quarterbacks last year and this offseason, which means they may not be willing to spend big money to retain Cousins.
