Best NFL Week 10 Parlay Bets
Week 10 of the 2024 NFL season is here, and the action kicked off with a Thursday Night Football showdown between the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens. Additionally, there are plenty of compelling matchups on Sunday, including the Jets vs Cardinals, 49ers vs Buccaneers, Steelers vs Commanders and Lions vs Texans on Sunday Night Football.
Let’s take a look at our favorite three-leg parlay for Week 10.
Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Washington Commanders Predictions
Both teams have massively exceeded expectations to this point in the season, which makes this a fascinating matchup. Commanders rookie QB Jayden Daniels is the odds-on favorite to win the NFL Rookie of the Year, and he’s completely transformed the Washington offense. On the other side, Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson has been excellent since his first start back in Week 7.
The Pittsburgh defense is the best unit Daniels will have faced this season by a comfortable margin, which gives the Steelers an edge in this matchup. Pittsburgh is allowing just 14.9 points per game, and the Steelers are elite at stopping the run, which is necessary against a Commanders offense that racks up over 160 rushing yards per game. There’s also the fact that Washington has just one win over a team with a winning record this season, so it remains to be seen how this offense performs against a top-flight defense.
On the other side, this Steelers offense ranks fifth in the NFL in offensive EPA with Wilson under center. Now, the veteran QB will face a Washington defense that has played well over the past few weeks, but those games were against the Giants, Bears and Panthers, who all rank in the bottom half of the NFL in scoring offense. Let’s back Pittsburgh to win outright.
Buffalo Bills vs. Indianapolis Colts Picks
In terms of situational spots on the board this week, it doesn’t get much better than the Colts. Buffalo enters this contest following a recent stretch of games that ran the gamut of outcomes and emotions, including a massive road win over the Jets, a decisive victory in Seattle and a thrilling win in the final seconds over the Dolphins a week ago, thanks to a 61-yard field goal from Tyler Bass.
With a massive revenge game against Kansas City on deck and a slew of injuries to navigate on both sides of the ball, including wide receivers Keon Coleman and Amari Cooper, cornerback Christian Bentford and defensive lineman Dawuane Smoot, this matchup in Indianapolis might not get all of the Bills focus. That would be understandable, as Josh Allen and this Buffalo team should make the playoffs and try to make it to next week’s game healthier than this week.
With that in mind, we expect Joe Flacco and the Colts offense to bounce back and generate a bit more success offensively on Sunday against a Bills defense that rarely brings pressure and has allowed opponents to move the ball this season. Look for Indianapolis running back Jonathan Taylor to have a great game here because Buffalo's defense has struggled against some of the better rushing attacks on its schedule this season.
Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys best bets
This is starting to look like a lost season for the Dallas Cowboys. While Dallas’ incompetence is certainly a topic of conversation across the sports media landscape, it doesn’t change the fact that the Cowboys have a divisional game on Sunday against the suddenly red-hot Philadelphia Eagles.
With Dak Prescott sidelined with a hamstring injury this week, it’s hard to see Cooper Rush being an effective replacement under center against an Eagles defense that has quietly been playing its best football of the season over the past couple of games.
As for the Cowboys defense, the biggest issue for this unit has been its consistent inability to stop the run. The Eagles offense has looked like a completely different unit without Brown on the field this season, so that should contribute to a lower-scoring game. Let’s back the Under in this NFC East showdown.
