DraftKings (top US betting site) has unveiled its odds for each region, and No. 2 Arizona is listed at +120 to win the West. North Carolina is the top seed but is listed with +170 odds.

The Tar Heels have the tougher task, as they are four-point favorites against Alabama and -185 on the moneyline.
North Carolina routed Wagner in the opening round and defeated Michigan State in the Round of 32. The Tar Heels are 29-7 on the season.
