Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese Prop Bets for Iowa-LSU Women’s Basketball Rematch in Elite Eight

The highly-anticipated national championship game rematch between the LSU and Iowa women’s basketball teams is just hours away.
The Hawkeyes are slight 2-point favorites to avenge last year’s loss, though there could be some value in choosing the Tigers at +110 on the moneyline.
Beyond the team betting, there are a plethora of prop bets available for this Elite Eight showdown.
Here are our three best bets on Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese heading into Monday evening matchup between No. 1 seed Iowa and No. 3 seed LSU.
Note: Many states in the U.S. do not allow wagering on college basketball props. The only options may be the spread, moneyline and scoring total.
Iowa G Caitlin Clark Over/Under 5.5 Three-Pointers
Clark is shooting 37.7% from downtown this season, and if she finishes near that rate, it could take 16 three-point attempts for her to nail six three-pointers.
That’s a lot, and you have to figure that LSU will be watching her like a hawk, especially because this year’s Iowa team isn’t as balanced as the one that made the championship game.
Clark hit 8-of-19 three-pointers against the Tigers last season and she’s certainly going to pull the trigger at will, but this prop still feels too high.
She hasn’t surpassed five three-pointers in an NCAA Tournament game this season and the under is the pick here.
Best bet: Caitlin Clark under 5.5 three-pointers (-135 at DraftKings)
LSU F Angel Reese Over/Under 12.5 Rebounds
Reese is averaging 13.2 rebounds on the season and has reached double digits in 15 consecutive contests.
Clark and Iowa are likely going to be firing away in this one, and the more three-pointers taken, the better for Reese, because it means more missed shots.
She is far and away the best rebounder on either team, and Reese figures to play heavy minutes in this one. The concern is foul trouble, as time off the court would hurt this figure, but if she is out there for 35-plus minutes, the over is the sensible play.
Based on Iowa’s reliance on Clark and the perimeter shot, this is a favorable matchup for Reese rebounds. She is averaging more than 13 per game in the NCAA Tournament and will hit that number here.
Best bet: Angel Reese Over 12.5 Rebounds (-115 at DraftKings)
Iowa G Caitlin Clark Triple Double: Yes
There is going to be a ton of attention on Clark’s scoring, and deservedly so, but she is a much more well-rounded player than acknowledged.
Clark is averaging 31.7 points, 8.9 assists and 7.3 rebounds per game this season. She has a projected scoring over/under of 32.5 points, and will obviously breeze to double-digits there.
Can she combine that with 10+ assists and rebounds to hit on this underdog triple-double prop bet? Clark amassed six triple-doubles during the season and has an assists total over/under of 9.5 for this game.
Her rebounding over/under is set at 7.5, and that one is going to be the biggest hurdle. But Clark could play all 40 minutes in this matchup, and there is also a chance of overtime since the spread is so tight.
Clark isn’t likely to record a triple-double in this showdown against LSU, but it’s a worthy gamble.
Best bet: Caitlin Clark records a triple double (+340 at DraftKings)
