Runs should be on the cards as the Orioles and Indians take on each other tonight according to Neil Monnery...

Matt Harvey (3-7 7.41 ERA) has fallen somewhat back to Earth following his early season form. The former Mets ace hasn’t had a positive win-loss record since 2015, which seems staggering but just shows how far his stuff has diminished. His best season-long ERA since that year is 4.50 when he pitched for the Reds in 2018.

Cal Quantrill (0-2 3.21 ERA) will get the ball for the Indians. He was a fantasy keeper of mine several years back but has not kicked on to the level that was once expected for the former first round pick. He’s bounced between the BP and the rotation so far this season. The 26 year-old has failed to toss more than 60 pitches in any outing this season so don’t expect him to go deep into the game.

Cleveland don’t have a fantastic offense with the left side of their infield topping the batting averages with both Amed Rosario and Jose Ramirez hitting .276 heading into this game. The latter also tops their power numbers providing 14 HR and 38 RBI through 63 games.

Baltimore are just as lackluster when it comes to offense although Cedric Mullins is having quite a career year hitting .321 whilst manning CF. Only Trey Mancini has double digit Home Runs with 12.

Picks: With Matt Harvey pitching, minds automatically drift to the total runs line and over nine is at +100 with William Hill is New Jersey, which seems like a good shot. Two poor offenses can quickly get their stroke back when sub-par pitching comes on to the mound.

I also like the Prop of +200 for over 1.5 total runs in the first inning.
