Michigan has a Green Light for sports betting with the first in-person bets taking place in March, 2020. Mobile betting is expected to be in place by January, 2021.

There are no current restrictions beyond being within the State lines.
What about horse racing?
Operators that include Bet America, TVG, Twinspires, and AM Wager are legally allowed to operate online in the state for you to open an account and place pari-mutuel wagers.
