However, FanDuel sometimes offers No Sweat Same Game Parlays, especially for big events like the Super Bowl and the NBA Finals. This is basically insurance that if one part of your parlay doesn’t win and things don’t go as planned, you’ll get your stake back. Terms usually apply. For example, parlays will need to have a certain number of legs to be eligible for money back and there will be a maximum refund in place. 

FanDuel’s Same Game Parlays are offered on a range of different sports, including football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. However, if you’re seeking a more complex experience, FanDuel also offers ‘SGP Plus’. This enables you to combine parlay bets from one game with parlay bets from other games in a larger combo bet. I don’t think these bets are necessarily the best pick for first time bettors, but if you’ve got a bit of knowledge and experience behind you, the right selections could deliver a handsome payout. 

Overall, it’s hard not to be wowed by the bet builder option at FanDuel. But like with any cool stuff, there are a few things to remember. Not all games can be part of these special bets, and not all bet types can be mixed. If I make it sound tricky, I don’t mean to. FanDuel SGPs are simple to put together and loads of fun too.

It’s probably worth pointing out that some customers have reported FanDuel customer support as a bit flaky, but I tried it and was able to connect to an agent almost immediately. 

FanDuel is good at social media too, helping on Twitter and Facebook from 08:30 AM to 12:30 AM ET every day. They also offer email and voicemail options, but replies might take up to 24 hours for email and even longer for voicemail. Overall, FanDuel support is strong, especially the live chat. Improving response times for emails and voicemail would perhaps make them even better.
