Copenhagen vs Man City
- Tuesday 13th February, TNT Sports 1, 8pm
Man City go into this round-of-16 tie on a run of 10 consecutive wins in all competitions, with their last defeat having come at Aston Villa in early December.
Since that Villa Park reverse, the reigning champions have been in scintillating goal-scoring form, netting 36 times in 13 matches in all competitions and with 10 of those fixtures seeing over 2.5 goals being scored.
It is therefore expected to be a difficult evening for Copenhagen, who last featured in this round of the competition in 2011 and have won just two of their 15 meetings with English clubs (both against Manchester United).
The Danish side are not in the greatest of form, losing three of their last six competitive fixtures and with each of these defeats coming in front of their own fans at the Parken Stadium.
However, they scored in each of their three home games in Group A and with City failing to keep clean sheets at Red Star Belgrade, RB Leipzig and Young Boys in Group G, there could be a consolation goal in the offing for Neestrup’s men.

RB Leipzig vs Real Madrid
- Tuesday 13th February, TNT Sports 2, 8pm
Real breezed through the group stage, winning all six games to comfortably seal their last-16 place and they will be confident of maintaining that fine form and claiming a valuable first-leg win in Leipzig.
The Bundesliga side are down in a disappointing fifth place in the German top-flight and were held to a 2-2 draw by Augsburg at the weekend, meaning they have won just one of their last five games in all competitions.
Since the turn of the year, Leipzig have lost at home to Eintracht Frankfurt and Bayer Leverkusen and this game seems likely to end in another defeat against the vastly-experienced 14-time European champions.
Vinicius Junior has looked sharp in recent weeks for Real and his goal against Girona on Saturday took his tally for the season up to 12 in all competitions.
The 23-year-old was on target twice in the group stage of this season’s Champions League, notching before Christmas against Napoli and Braga and he can take advantage of a leaky Leipzig defence on Tuesday.
The German outfit failed to keep a clean sheet in their group campaign, conceding 10 goals in their six matches, and they have looked far from secure recently, shipping 11 goals across their last five outings.
